DELTA-Helmsman Software package

DELTA- HELMSMAN software developed by STORM and the Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy is designed for testing and knowledge evaluation of ratings forming part of navigational watch in compliance with STCW Convention and good seamanship.

DELTA-TEST Software is a technological basis of DELTA- HELMSMAN toolkits.

The software includes more than 250 questions database and covers all aspects of Section A-II/4 STCW Code.

DELTA- HELMSMAN can be used by:

Shipping companies for testing competence level of their personnel;
Training Centres and Maritime Training Institutions as a part of seafarers' testing, for entrance testing, for competence testing during the course and as a final competence evaluation instrument;
Crewing companies for testing seafarers applying for a job;
Maritime Certification Commissions as a part of seafarers' certification
