DELTA-TEST Software complex	Toolkits, developed by "STORM" with Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy, is intended for knowledge evaluation of personnel operating in shipping and maritime industry in general. "DELTA-TEST", the national examination standard, includes the testing programs for all ranks of maritime specialists in compliance with STCW-78/95 requirements.
