STORM has developed a set of computer study courses for training surface-craft personnel and cadets of navy educational institutions where training in survival at sea is provided.

Computer study course (CSC) is intended for theoretical training of ships personnel and cadets.

CSC is an electronic textbook. The theoretical material is accompanied by drawings, schemes, photos, animations and videos.

CSC software is meant for operating in networked computer classrooms.

For independent verification of acquired knowledge CSC includes testing sections.

When demonstration equipment is installed, the pages of electronic textbook can be used as multimedia posters.

CSC can also be used in Learning Management System.

The following CSC are included:

• “Organization of surface-craft survival at sea”
• “Rules of technical equipment survival at sea’
• “Personal life-saving appliances and survival craft. Arrangement, purpose and regulations on the use”
•  “Technical equipment and ships’ search-and-rescue property for firefighting”
• “Technical equipment ships’ search-and-rescue property for fighting against emergency ingress of water into the hull. Arrangement and regulations on the use"
