Our Center provides training for the course for persons responsible for the safety of navigation in accordance with "STORM-M" Technology organized in 2 steps:

1. Module №1 "Alfa". Acquisition of theoretical knowledge with the help of The system of distance training of persons responsible for the safety of navigation (SDTS);

2. Module №3 "Delta". Examination of knowledge and skills with the help of:

• "DELTA-Safety of Navigation" Software package,
• Web-Delta Distance knowledge evaluation System.

The system of distance training of persons responsible for the safety of navigation (SDTS) is approved by Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport.

Knowledge assessment of persons responsible for the safety of navigation is carried in accordance with national requirements concerning knowledge assessment of Executive Heads and specialists of organizations transporting freight and passengers.

Shipowners and persons responsible for safety of navigation spend much time and money for business trips related to training and knowledge assessment. As a cost-saving measure our company developed:

• Learning management system (LMS) allows training persons responsible for the safety of navigation in distance form,
• System of distance qualifying examinations (SDQE) allows the possibility of final knowledge evaluation in the nearest regional educational centers,
• Training, technical advisory and organizational methodological support knowledge assessment of persons responsible for the safety of navigation is carried in accordance with certificate of audit of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport dated 2008 December, 12.
• WEB-DELTA Distance Knowledge Evaluation System of Water Transport Specialists.

Testing of the students is carried out on the “WEB-DELTA” website with the use of specialized web-application, containing knowledge evaluation technology of “Delta-test” software complex. “Delta-test” software complex is approved by Federal Agency for Sea and Inland Water Transport.
