Our Center provides training for the course for ratings forming part of a navigational watch in accordance with "STORM-M" Technology organized in 2 steps:

1. Module №1 "Alfa". Acquisition of theoretical knowledge with the help of "RFPNV" CBT Library;

2.  Module №2 "Bravo". Acquisition of practical skills with the help of “SSH-2009” Steering Simulator for helmsman;

3.  Module №3 "Delta". Examination of knowledge and skills with the help of “Delta-Helmsman” Software package or Delta-Helmsman library implemented into “Web-Delta” Distance knowledge evaluation system.
