Our company is the owner of STORM Training Center for the following water transport specialists:
- Small craft navigators;
- Helmsmen;
- Persons responsible for the safety of navigation of Shipping Companies;
- GMDSS Operators.
STORM Training center uses “STORM-M” technology organized in 3 steps:
Module №1 "Alfa". Acquisition of theoretical knowledge with the help of Multimedia educational-methodological complexes (CBT)
Module №2 "Bravo". Acquisition of practical skills with the help of Marine Simulators & Multimedia training software
Module №3 "Delta". Examination of knowledge and skills with the help of Programs of knowledge evauation

Our company trains students for navigating in:
- national waters of Russian Federation;
- international waters in accordance with IYT programmes.
- GMDSS Short Range Certificate,
- GMDSS Long Range Certificate,
- First aid,
- Personal survival,
- Sea rescue,
- Advanced training of small, sport and pleasure crafts navigators,
- Practical ship handling,
- Use of modern navigation aids (Radar, ECDIS, GPS),
- Operation of ship engines,
- Maritime English,
- Maritime law.
For acquisition theoretical knowledge and examination of knowledge and skills on-line students use Learning management system (LMS).
STORM is the founder of STORM Sail & Powerboat Training Centers Association. “STORM” Association connects small craft training centers which use “STORM-M” Technology. The main aim of “STORM” Association is receiving of international recognition of our training system and national certification of small craft navigators.
STORM Training Center is the member of International Yacht Training Association since 2008.
